Documents To Go for iPhone

image The excellent software Documents To Go is definitely coming to the iPhone. This is good news as the lack of quality applications available so far has been disappointing. If you don’t know this software lets you view, edit and create Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, view Adobe® PDF files as well as zip/unzip files on your device. Well this is how it works on a Windows Mobile device, all we know so far is that it is coming and will support these file types but it may just be a viewer, time will tell.

The HTC Touch Diamond – Now Available in Ice White

Just been sent this by the guys over at HTC. Normally a device doesn’t hit another finish / colour unless sales are doing well so we can only take by this that the Touch Diamond is selling well.

LONDON — September 16th, 2008 —
HTC Corp., a global leader in mobile phone innovation and design, today announces that its popular flagship device, the HTC Touch Diamond, is now available in a new and stunning ice white design.

HTC Touch Diamond in White

Sporting the same great features of the classic black Diamond, the new white model continues the HTC tradition of combining elegant style with leading mobile technology.  Featuring an angular facetted look that could have come straight from this season’s New York catwalks, perfect ergonomic design and a smooth gloss finish, the phone has a truly unique feel.  Plus, the new white colour adds a touch of class that is set to impress even the most style conscious fashionistas.

Boasting touch-screen controls, along with HTC’s 3D touch interface (TouchFLO 3D), which provides animated access to contacts, messaging, email, photos, music, weather and more, the HTC Diamond isn’t just about good looks on the outside.

Delivering mobile Internet at broadband-like speeds with HSDPA 7.2 Mbps and HSUPA wireless connectivity, along with featuring a customised web browser that enables easy viewing and effortless navigation, surfing the web on the move couldn’t be easier. As part of this browsing experience, users can zoom and pan Websites with one-hand and automatically view optimised content that has been specially created to fit the display. Turning the device sideways will even automatically rotate the web page view from a portrait to landscape.

In addition to Web browsing, the Touch Diamond includes a customized new, HTC-developed, YouTube application for watching a variety of user generated video content as well as utilising Google Maps for mobile, giving access to mapping and traffic data. It also includes a 2.8 inch display which gives near-print quality viewing, a built-in 3.2MP camera with auto-focus lens and Bluetooth connectivity, to deliver unrivalled features and functionality to match its innovative design.

HTC Touch 3G

Are they now showing that the iPhone is not the only trendy looking touch phone on the market with this device which will be running on Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional?

The HTC Touch 3G comes with HTC’s next generation TouchFLO covering over the sizeable cracks in Microsoft’s long serving Operating System.
