Infinity Blade is a new amazing 3D game available for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. As you will see in the video below the game centers on your character doing battle with other characters, most of who are rather scary looking.
At £3.49 it is not the cheapest game on the iPhone but once downloaded you can use on the iPad as well for no extra cost. Is it worth the money? I should say so. The graphics and sound are fantastic and I would strongly recommend giving this one a go just for the 3D gaming experience.

A little over a week ago we started reviewing the Samsung Galaxy Tablet and so far we have been quite impressed with it. However, there are an awful lot of Android powered tablets hitting the market at the moment, from those costing under £100 to the like of the Galaxy at around £500.
We’ve looked at some of the cheaper tablets in the past and despite the bargain price tag we still didn’t think they represented value for money. So this week we’re going to take a look at something that’s more mid-range; the Huawei S7 Android tablet which comes in at just over £280. We’ll compare this to some of the other tablet devices and see how it shapes up in our review.
For now you can take a look at my unboxing video below to get a flavour.
BGR.com have been lucky enough to get together with RIM and film a demo video of the BlackBerry Playbook. We have seen the PlayBook on video several times now but as you will see this is probably the best video yet. What is even more interesting is that it turns out that the whole bezel around the PlayBook is touch sensitive and can be used within apps.
Enough talking. You much check out the video after the break.
One of the shortcomings of Windows Phone 7 is apparently drawing nearer – a recent update that’s been showing up on developer Windows phones includes copy and paste as a headline feature. Microsoft has always promised that it was coming but now we are getting closer to that semi-confirmed “early 2011” timeframe.
It seems to work as you’d expect it to, with a similar method to Android and iOS (how different can it be?) See a short video of it after the break.
The chaps at precentral.net have been playing about with the Palm Pre 2 and have come across an on screen keyboard which has not been seen before. Having this keyboard on the Palm Pre or Pixi is fairly pointless but what is does make us think is that HP/Palm must be working on some touch screen only devices for the near future. This is pretty exciting stuff as WebOS is a great platform sorely let down by some not so great hardware from Palm. I suspect things are going to change now that HP are running the show.
Video after the break:
RIM have produced various Bluetooth headsets over the years and all have been of great quality. Earlier on this year we reviewed the VM-605 Visor Mount which I loved and still use to this day in the car.
This new headset, the HS-300 is the more traditional in ear device and at a more attractive price than the Visor mount. Is it worth the money? You will have to read on to find out.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab was announced and released a while ago but it’s been so popular that we’ve actually struggled to get our hands on one to review. However, a few days ago one arrived from Clove Technology for us to take a look at.
When initially announced the Galaxy Tab was rumoured to cost in the region of £700 which made us all wonder if Samsung had priced themselves out of the market with perhaps its closest rival, the iPad, costing significantly less. The price is now a much more reasonable £517 from Clove which makes it significantly more competitive.
We’ve given the Tab to Gareth to review as he’s recently been playing with Android tablets from Archos so thought it would be good to get his opinion and comparison. His review will be with us later next week but for now you can check out my unboxing video below.
Gareth, Andy, James, Matt and Tracy babble about the recent happenings in the mobile industry around the UK. Andy ‘s fondled the Blackberry 8980, Gareth puts out his Archos 101 review, James goes to a very disappointing awards ceremony, Matt investigates Huawei’s latest and Tracy pulls in some killer bargains. With laughter, action, adventure and even the threat of a musical number this is the UK podcast to listen to!

Every so often I come across a game that is so addictive it is hard to put down. Ragdoll Blaster 2 is one of those very games.
Although the aim of the game is essentially to shoot ragdolls at a target it is not quite that simple and as the levels get harder you will find yourself having to use your brain more and more to figure out how to hit the target.
If you own an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad I would highly recommend giving this one a go.
Take a look at the demo video below and see if you agree with me.
