The Kinoma Play software that we recently reviewed has received a second update to make it all run much smoother and faster. Check out our review here. If you are already using it then you can go to "Check for updates" and it will automatically install the update. The iPhone 2.1 software update in now available to update your iPhone 2G and 3G in iTunes. The iPhone 2.1 software update contains many bug fixes and improvements and is a highly recommended update. To get it, connect your iPhone to your computer using iTunes 8 and click Check for Update. Here are a list of updates.
WMExperts have got some hands on time with the Velocity Mobile 103 phone which we mentioned the other day was getting close to a launch. Well they have posted a quick look video which shows the outside of the device as well as a quick look at the Odyssey interface which is Velocity’s answer to TouchFlo 3D. Pocketgamer has an interesting article on the upcoming Gizmondo 2.0:
We’ve reported before on plans to relaunch the Gizmondo handheld gaming device this year.They were announced in January, then delayed in February, and then former Gizmondo boss Carl Freer popped up in May saying it was all still on.

The guys over at GSMArena claim to have been tipped off on the full specs of the HTC Touch HD which we posted about yesterday. If they are the real deal then this device just looks better day by day. They claim that beautiful looking 800 x 480 screen is a whopping 4" in size. Not only that but GPS is onboard too, full details after the break, now I have never been this excited about a Windows Mobile device before.
