Just spotted this video over at Jason Langridges blog and I thought it should be shared as a little bit of Friday humour is always good to have. If your partner gives you a hard time over the amount of gadgets you have this should appeal to you, check it out after the break for a bit of clever light hearted fun. Think I will try and make this a regular Friday post.
The Boy Genius claims to have uncovered some shots of the soon to be released touch screen only Blackberry Storm on the Vodafone network. This would go along nicely with what we have heard that the Storm is going to be a Vodafone exclusive in the UK and even buying one SIM free may be a struggle, thanks Mike at Superetrader for the info. Loads of pictures after the break.
Arne over at the Unwired has uncovered some screen shots of the promised Windows Mobile Internet Explorer update which is based on IE6 and will be knows as 6 on 6 which should have full in browser flash support. This update was originally promised to be part for the 6.1 update but it missed that deadline, now Windows Mobile 7 is running late at least we have this update to look forward to, hopefully before the end of the year. Screen shots and more details after the break.
Pocketnow have hit upon 5 interesting observations about the Touch HD, primarily from the Unwired video we featured earlier this week. Nothing particularly problematic, just a couple of points to give you a feel for the phone and which might answer some questions you have.
The guys over at Android Community have just posted three videos showing us more details on the inbuilt YouTube applications, AmazonMP3 and the settings section of the HTC G1 Android Phone. YouTube is very clean and easy to navigate. The dark interface gives a really nice touch when reading through descriptions of videos and looking through thumbnails to find what you are looking for. You can see all three video after the break.
We mentioned last month that Photoshop.com was coming to Windows Mobile, well it is now live and you can join the beta. The bad news is the list of supported phones. As of now the only models supported are the Samsung Blackjack I and II, Moto Q9H, Moto Q9M and finally the Treo 700W and 750W. There is a video to show you what it is all about at the Photoshop site and if you are already a member you can go straight to the mobile site m.photoshop.com from your Windows Mobile.

T-Mobile UK has announced a range of prepaid mobile broadband options that come with a USB dongle for a laptop, taking on the wildly successful similar offering from 3. This move also shows how the mobile data sector is changing quickly to support new revenue streams and new breeds of users for the hard pressed cellcos.
Mobility Today received a tip off on some photos that have never been seen before of the Motorola Q11. This phone offers GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi, 3MPx Cam and Windows Mobile 6.1.. No information as to when we will see this handset but the photos don’t look too shabby. Pictures after the break.
If your looking to get a bit of protection for your iPhone you should check out Mobility Today’s review of the Bodyguardz Screen Protector. Dave last night decided to take the plunge and apply a BodyGuardz screen protector for his iPhone 3G. As you can see by the photos after the break these have no orange peel effect and they are as clear as glass. I am currently using the Invisible Shield on my iPhone 3G and have to admit when I use other people iPhone’s I am rather jealous of the smoothness of their screen compared with mine so this looks like a good compromise.
WMExperts have got their hands on the latest beta of the Skyfire Windows Mobile browser, if you don’t know the Skyfire browser was the first mobile browser to support full web PC browsing, including rich media content, supporting Ajax, Flash, Quicktime, Windows Media, and others. Previously, people who wanted to enjoy the exact PC web experience on their handsets had to sign up on a waiting list for Skyfire. With today’s announcement, the latest version of the Windows Mobile Skyfire browser is available to anyone. The 0.8 iteration of Skyfire for Windows Mobile includes marked improvements. Video look after the break.
