While at the HP booth at Mobile World Congress Gareth spent some time taking photos of the recently announced Pre3 and Veer. Rather than him make a collage for his bedroom wall we thought you may be interested in seeing them so you will find them all below.
I’m not sure how big the man in the photos is but you will get an idea of the size difference between the Pre3 and the Veer. That man really must stop biting his finger nails!
Inspired by the 2011 national census, Samsung Mobile UK today launches the country’s very first social census asking people to submit photos of a moment that signifies their ‘present’ via social networking sites. The ‘Now Project’ will curate a collection of images that will be logged with time, date and location culminating in a visual census of the UK.
The project, which runs throughout February, invites people to capture images that represent what they are doing or feeling ‘now’. Everything from the commonplace and the ordinary, right through to the unconventional and the unique will be uploaded to an online gallery hosted on Facebook.
Gareth is spending his last day at MWC today and has taken a ton of photos over the course of the event. We thought we’d share some of these photos with you and below you’ll find a selection from the HTC presentation including pictures of the HTC Flyer and HTC Incredible S. We’ll have another post later on today with the other HTC handsets and further posts with photos from the other press events and of other products announced at MWC.
We’ve not done any editing but we hope you enjoy the selection.
After yesterdays HTC press event in Barcelona, Gareth had the opportunity to get a demonstration of the newly announced HTC Flyer.
With so many companies now releasing tablets have HTC done anything to makes theirs stand out from the competition? Yes they have. As you will see in the video below Gareth gets walked through the HTC Sense user interface and even more interesting, how the Scribe (stylus) works. It is not an ordinary stylus as you will see and has more than one feature.
See the video below along with a reminder of the HTC Flyer specification:
After Sunday’s Sony Ericsson event where they officially announced the Xperia Play Gareth hooked up with one of the Sony Ericsson team to get up close and personal with the Xperia Play.
In the video you will see Gareth getting shown around the user interface, the hardware and most important, some gaming. With Gareth being a keen gamer and a PSP owner I am eagerly awaiting his first impressions. Matt and I will also be hands on with the new Sony Ericsson devices tomorrow so look our for further demo videos later in the week.
