In this video I’m just going through some of the initial setup steps and kinda having a look around, as it’s my first iPhone it’s a journey of discovery! 🙂

Here is the one that thousands of you will have been waiting for; the iPhone 4.
I was extremely lucky at getting one of these. I phoned Orange Thursday morning and I think I was the first to get through. A simple process and my upgrade was on its way.
This is my first ever iPhone so it will take a little bit of getting used to even though I have an iPod Touch. With 100 new features on the iPhone 4 running iOS4 we will certainly have plenty to test in the full review which will be available on the site in the next week or two.
Anyway, enough of my yapping, here is the unboxing video, there’s more on the way too…
A special applicaiton that know no bounds is the iPhone PhoneBook. On of the most simple ideas beautifully executed for kids. Check this out for the new way to blend old and new to keep the kids entertained.

Here is the Tosihba Libretto W100, an ultraportable notebook that is priced around $1000. Featuring a 1.2 GHz Pentium processor and 2GB of RAM, it runs Windows 7 and due out later this year. Instead of a keyboard you get the choice of six virtual keyboards including a keyboard spread out on the two screens. Check out the three videos after the break has two more parts, so check it out.
LG have just added to their popular Viewty range and have introduced the LG Viewty GT aka LG GT405.
The Viewty GT has a 3″ touchscreen display and is very much geared for web access and social networking. It includes Google Maps, Search and Mail, Skype, Facebook and Twitter right out of the box.
Other features include a 5 megapixel camera (minus flash), GPS, Quad band connectivity with 3G and HSDPA. About the only other thing missing is WiFi.
The GT has it’s own proprietary operating system but has an S-Class user interface overlay so it feels quite familiar and you’ll probably recognise it in the video below.

A few days ago I got my hands on the Samsung Galaxy S and recorded a brief unboxing video for you. Having used the handset a little more now I thought it was time to record another video showing of some of the features and installed applications.
So in the video below (presented in HD) we’ll have a look at the setting up a WiFi connection, the web browser, Google Maps, Gmail and SWYPE. For those of you that don’t know SWYPE is a different kind of text entry method, take a look at the video to see how that works.

We first Heard about the HTC Wildfire last month and James was lucky enough to be invited to the HTC press briefing and get his hands on the device even getting time to review a preview video.
Since then the Wildfire has been gathering interest and many now regard this as being the HTC Desire’s baby brother and when you see the HTC Wildfire it’s probably easy to understand why.
The HTC Wildfire is smaller than the Desire, having a 3.2″ QVGA display. There’s also a slower CPU but othe features are similar such as Android 2.1 with Sense UI, 5 Megapixel camera, WiFi, GPS and Bluetooth. On the face of it the HTC Wildfire might seem like HTC’s attempt to win the lower end of the Android handset market and at a little under £230 they seem to have the price about right but have not overly compromised the specification.
We’ll have a full review for you over the next week or so, we’re going to do something a little different with this review so watch this space! For now I hope you enjoy seeing a little more of the HTC Wildfire in the video below. I’ll also have a more detailed demo video for you soon too.
A few days ago I mentioned that we’d got our hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S and I’ve just managed to record an unboxing and (brief) demo video for you.
I commented on it a few times during the video but I have to once again say that the Super AMOLED screen on the Galaxy S is truly stunning, the video and photos don’t do it justice and words certainly cant either. All I can say is that it’s is incredibly bright and colourful and you have to see it with your own eyes to appreciate it!
In the video below you’ll get to see the handset in some detail and I take you on a brief tour of the operating system. I’ll be back with a more detailed demo soon too.
