Kimona Play review by Mobility Today

image Kinoma Play has been getting a lot of coverage recently, mainly because it claims to provide one of the things that Windows Mobile sadly lacks, a decent interface to your media. Well Mobility Today have posted another review which is a great read complete some screen shots and a video of the software in action. As more people are starting to use this software we are beginning to see a few complaints on compatibility with various video formats and start up times due to indexing your media each time. Nothing that can’t be fixed in the future with updates I am sure. Part of the review is after the break.

HTC Dream Aka G1 revealed in glorious spy photos

OK so, we’ve seen some blurry videos and managed a few stolen glimpses of this new handset, but now we’ve gotten our hands on a slew of pictures showing off a very real T-Mobile-branded Dream in all its Android-running glory. Not only does this confirm the design spied in those FCC docs as well as show off that nearly-done version of Android, but it seems to confirm the fact that this will be headed to T-Mobile, and sooner rather than later judging from the looks of the device.

animation One application I used some time ago was Egress. I liked it a great deal however the E-Ten M600 I was using it on didn’t seem too stable when the application was running with a full load. Now they have updated to a whopping v4.0.2 and given the features I will be encouraged to look again.

Kinoma Play reviewed

image We were talking on the msmobiles podcast yesterday about Kinoma Play software for Windows Mobile devices and it got me thinking as to why the iPhone is my device of choice at the moment. The main reason for me is the excellent interface to your media compared with Windows Mobiles clunky UI. Well having just watched the WMExperts video of Kinoma Play and read their review it has got me thinking again. Check out the video after the break of this great looking software and if your using it let us know what you think in the comments or in the forums.
