iPad Available in Nine More Countries on May 28
Well it looks like the wait is almost over. As you can tell from the headline above, Apple have announced the release date for nine extra countries, including the UK, with pre-orders beginning on May 10th.
The full list of nine is Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.
We still don’t have any idea on prices quite yet, but I’m guessing that that will be obvious in a couple of days.

Pre-orders begin on May 10th
CUPERTINO, California-May 7, 2010-Apple® today announced that iPadT will be available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK on Friday, May 28. Pricing & Availability
Apple plans to release iPad in Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore in July.
