Orange internal statement on Blackberry Bold quality issues

image We mentioned the other day about Orange removing the Blackberry Bold from sale due to quality issues, well today we received an anonymous tip off with an alleged copy of the Orange internal statement explaining the decision to their staff. Blackberry Bold quality issues

image Just had a tip off that the Blackberry Bold will be out of stock at Orange in the UK for 2-3 weeks due to quality issues. We reviewed the Bold a while ago and our review model had problems with the camera not functioning at all so this is no surprise to hear. If your after a Bold be patient or risk a below par model.

New iPhone security flaw

karlkraftexploit Yet another security flaw in the iPhone’s software had been found, and while it’s probably not particularly harmful to the majority of users, it is pretty interesting. Karl Kraft posted the exploit on his blog, but he wasn’t the one to uncover it. No, despite his skills with a computer and knowledge of the software, he didn’t find it. Instead he says it was found by his 12-year-old son.
