T-Mobile to guarantee customers best minutes on the market for £30

New and existing customers on Solo and Combi contracts at £30 per month will be offered a unique commitment: just ask, and T-Mobile will match or beat the amount of minutes offered on a like-for-like basis by the other four operators “ meaning customers can be sure they are always getting unbeatable minutes from T-Mobile.

T-Mobile puts an end to the tiresome search for the best value mobile deals: consumers won’t find more minutes for £30 “ guaranteed. This revolutionary step by T-Mobile is in direct response to customer feedback, which highlighted the many frustrations faced by mobile users when choosing a new contract. The research underlined that, with so many tariffs available, consumers are confused and unsure as to whether they’re getting as many minutes as possible.

The guarantee announcement follows the recent consumer price plan shake-up announced by T-Mobile in May. With the launch of Solo and Combi, alongside Flext, T-Mobile offers a range of straightforward tariffs that reflect the different needs of mobile phone users.

This all sounds great but you still need to spend hours doing the research to have the knowledge to ask for the best deal in the first place so where does this help the consumer, also there is no mention of text and data packages which when thrown into the mix causes all the confusion over again!!
