Well it has been a totally frustrating morning for anyone who has been trying to pre-order the O2 iPhone 3G, the site has been down since just after 8am this morning and now when you eventually do get in a position to place the order, all that is available is the 8 Gig version. This cannot be right, has demand been that great that they have sold out already, has anyone actually managed to place an order?
As it stands so far I haven’t heard many success stories. It looks like my order has been received although I still have not received any email confirmation but within the My O2 portal the order is showing up so fingers crossed. If you have managed to order or upgrade leave a comment and let me know which model and if it was an upgrade or new contract.
