HTC Wildfire preview video

Earlier today we broke the news that the HTC Wildfire has been announced. Last week I had a decent hands on with the device and what I can tell you is it is real sweet. It’s no contender for the Legend, Desire or Nexus One but it is not meant to be. The HTC Wildfires target market will be young adults who may currently be using a feature phone. The Wildfire will be a budget Android device, a nice stepping stone to a smartphone.

Sporting HTCs Sense UI, the Wildfire is as user friendly as we have come to expect from HTC. Hardware wise we have some decent specs on this cost effective new device.  I say cost effective as that’s what I have been told by HTC. We will have to wait and see what prices the networks charge but if I was a gambling man I would bet the HTC Wildfire to be £15-£20 per month on a contract. We will have to wait and see.
