One of the questions many people have been asking is what is the screen in sunlight? Dave Ciccone has tested the view ability of the screen in direct sunlight and found the results to be very suprising compared with other Windows Mobile phones where you cannot read the screens at all. "Hands down the screen is stunning! it is definitely competitive to the iPhone".
The era of officially sanctioned iPhone applications should kick off on Monday according to Cnet.

iPhone killer ???
Over the next 2 weeks Mobility Today will be reviewing the HTC Touch Diamond and answering all of your questions you might have on this device. The unit they will be reviewing is a final production European release Diamond and it’s the first time anyone has managed to get hold of a unit that’s a released retail version. From June 1st Vodafone UK’s Mobile Broadband USB modems will be reduced from £99 to £49 on its 30 day contract price plans. The move is part of Vodafone’s commitment to making mobile broadband more accessible for consumers. The price of the ‘3.6mbps USB Modem’ (on all 12/18/24month contracts) will also be reduced by 50% from June 1.
