The Vodafone SMART launches
Vodafone’s most affordable smartphone ever has launched today, bringing the Android experience to first time users for just £60 on Pay as you go, when purchased online.
Powered by Android 2.2 (Froyo), the Vodafone SMART offers access to more than 150,000 apps on Android Market, helps you to navigate your way around with Google Maps, and keeps you in touch with friends and family over email, instant messaging and social networks. It’s also pre-loaded with a host of useful features like Vodafone’s ‘Prepay Manager’ for quick and easy top-ups.
With a 2 megapixel zoom camera and a 2.9 inch capacitive touchscreen, Vodafone SMART users can capture and share their experiences on the move on Vodafone’s reliable network, as well as stay connected on WiFi and Bluetooth.
The Vodafone SMART launches in black or white and you can choose to personalise your phone by picking one of a range of beautifully designed back covers. You can make your SMART even more individual by uploading a picture of your choice and having it made into a custom back cover for your handset. SMART users can choose from a range of great value Vodafone Freebee Pay as you go price plans, including Vodafone TopUp and Get Text and Web which offers 300 texts and 500MB of data for just £10.
