Powered by lithium batteries, these innovative modules are capable of lasting a whole year without replacement; the kit offers a tidy, cable free solution for the modern home.

Easily programmable with three simple steps, the use of a Trigger, Action and Schedule allow you to configure the system to work for you the true power of the system is only realised when you have it in hand and see it in use.

Mike Edwards, UK Managing Director of ARCHOS, commented. “We are very excited about this new range of products we are launching and the way they can offer a simpler more cost effective solution to many aspects of home automation. There are additional products to complement the range further coming soon and we are pleased to be working with Clove Technology exclusively on this launch.”

Archos 40 Titanium Unboxing

archos_40titanium_Pers_slide_1Archos is filling the market with devices at the moment, some cheap, so not so cheap. To help avoid confusion Archos have labelled the phone ranges after periodic elements, Titanium, Oxygen and Helium. Titanium being the more price conscious range with five different variants covering differing sizes.

In this video we look at the low-end Archos 40 Titanium, a 4″ Android smartphone with a fairly capable Dual-Core processor but a rather measly amount of RAM and ROM.

Archos 8 Home Tablet review

Archos 8 Home Tablet review

Introduction

The Archos 8 Home Tablet is a confusing lump. Having crept onto the market without too much in the way of marketing the “8” is something of an odd choice for those looking for an internet media tablet. Archos know their stuff when it comes to portable entertainment but does this device have a market? Lets have a look.
