T- Mobile Pulse PAYG Android phone (HTC Click)

It seems T-Mobile UK has revealed that it’s going to have an Android Pay-As-You-Go handset named the T-Mobile Pulse; made by the manufacturer Huawei, it will coast around £179.99 and be available in October.

The handset is a 3.5 inch HVGA touch screen with a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, GPS and Wi-Fi and like the HTC Hero; it’s got multiple profile screens. This will be the UK’s first Android handset without contract.

T-Mobile has today launched its third Android handset, which is now available for its prepay customers for the first time

T-Mobile has today announced the launch of the worlds first Android smartphone device for prepay customers.
The new and exclusive ‘T-Mobile Pulse’ handset, which has been manufactured in partnership with Huawei, is the third Android device launched by the network, and T-Mobile claims it is the first ever Android device to be made available to non-contract customers. 
The touchscreen handset, which costs £179.99, comes with a number of pre installed Google services, including Gmail and access to download additional applications from the Android Marketplace website. 
Handset features include a 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, a 3.5 inch screen, Wi-Fi, GPS which includes a one month free satellite navigation trial with TeleNav, 2GB internal memory which can be increased using a microSD card.

The handset also comes pre installed with ‘Road cync client,’ allowing users the baility to receive emails from their work computer. 
T-Mobile customers can pay a monthly subscription of  £5 for unlimited access to the web from the phone or pay a maximum of £1 per day on a pay as you use basis. 
The device will also be available through T-Mobile retail and online stores and become available on postpay at a later date, but details on price are unconfirmed.  
T-Mobile acting head of handset and device marketing Nicola Shenton said: “The T-Mobile Pulse represents another Android milestone from T-Mobile.  
“We introduced the first Android handset, the T-Mobile G1, to the UK back in October 2008, launched our second handset the G2 Touch earlier this year and now we’re opening up Android-based smartphones to a whole new type of mobile user with the first handset on pay-as-you-go.  It really is a significant development in the Android story.
