Create your own ringtones free with Audiko

image Been playing around with a great online service for creating ringtones and it works well with the iPhone M4R format too as well as other platforms that support mp3 and AMR formats. Audiko is a Ringtone Maker that does not require registration, and you won’t need to download any software/plugin to your computer. Just upload your favorite song, or supply Audiko with a URL that ends with MP3 format or even a Youtube video. Then choose the part you want to cut from the song, the time you want it to play, and that’s it, totally free. Details after the break

iPhone Support

image When we launched Audiko, the first thing we thought about was making ringtones for iPhone. So, now we convert each ringtone to a specific format, and you can download that file, then drag it to "Ringtones" section of iTunes (the ringtone must not exceed the 30 seconds duration limit). If you don’t see a ‘Ringtones’ section in your iTunes, then you probably have iTunes older than version 7.6.1. After that, all you need is to sync iTunes and your wow-amazing-wonderful-and-so-on-iPhone.

Integration with YouTube

Loads of cool music and sounds can be found at YouTube, but you need a certain skill and some patience to get the video file itself and then extract a sound track from it. We can do this all instead of you, just one more thing: audio tracks from YouTube videos are one-channeled, ‘mono’. Well, simply enter the URL of YouTube video page for starting ringtone creation, same as you enter the direct link to the song. And if you’ll use our new ‘Bookmarklet’ feature, you’ll even have no need to enter any URLs.

Simple Interface

First opinions on our project included something like this: "it’s easy as one-two-three". We try to do our best for you to feel comfortable with all new features we develop.
