Changes at Mobile Tech Addicts

Starting from today, I will no longer be writing for Mobile Tech Addicts, due to increased workload professionally and in my own personal life I can no longer find the time to write for the site which has been very frustrating for me.

Thankfully Gareth has agreed to take the reigns and take the site forward however I am sure he will be looking for help in doing this, so if anyone is interested in getting involved drop him a line at [email protected].

I would like to thank everyone for their support and especially all our friends at Clove and Superetrader and wish Gareth all the best with the site in the future, I will definitely be a subscriber.

Where’s the podcast ??

Due to work and family commitments, (about to become a Dad) we are taking a few weeks out from the podcast but we will be back soon. We will also have new intro music thanks to Gareth’s hard work.

The podcast has really taken off and we just wanted to thank you all for downloading it and listening each week, it’s always a lot of fun to do each week.

Podcast RSS Feed changed

Switchpod with whom we host our weekly podcast have gone through some changes this week and transferred our podcast feed over to Libsyn who will now host it for us. The current podcast RSS feed is diverted to the new feed but it will not last forever so if you enjoy our weekly podcast could you please ensure that you subscribe to the new podcast feed if you use RSS to subscribe.

Mobile Tech Addicts Podcast, week off

No podcast this week, we are taking a week off to recharge our batteries and catch up on all the other things we should have been doing. We will be back next week with plenty to talk about. We are back for good

Things have been pretty hectic over the last few days, firstly the problems with the WordPress upgrade and then after that was sorted out, Dreamhosts apparently were subjected to a ddos attack which lead to the site being down for nearly two days. We had enough and have now transferred the blog over to a new reliable host so this should now be the end of the problems. We also have a new look which hopefully will make the site a more enjoyable experience. Thank you for all your patience this should be the end and the start of a much better Mobile Tech Addicts experience.
