XBOX 360 Competition Winner

Just over a month ago we started our ‘Win an XBOX 360’ competition. I have to say that the number of entries has been overwhelming, more than any other competition that we’ve ever had here in tracyandmatt.co.uk

Firstly I should apologise for not announcing the winner on time. It has been an exceptionally busy week with press releases coming out of MWC every 5 minutes!

However, down to business. I’m pleased to say that we have a winner of the XBOX 360 console provided by Clickonplastics.co.uk . The winner is Jake Simpson. Jake was picked at random from the list of people that correctly answered the question: "In terms of plastic products, what does SRBF stand for?"  and of course the answer you should have come up with from the clickonplastics webite is: "Synthetic Resin Bonded Fabric".

Congratulations to you then Jake, the 360 is on its way to you!

Blu-ray competition winners

I am very pleased to announce that we have three lucky winners in our Blu-ray competition.

Winners chosen at random form the correct entries are: Robert Larkins, Michael OSullivan and Pamela Kerr each walk away with Transformers, The Dark Knight, Wall-e, Mamma Mia and Hancock on Blu-ray disc thanks to the Blu-ray Disc Association.

Obviously the correct answer to our competition question, ‘What can’t you do on your PS3? ‘, is that you can’t control your microwave. Having said that I guess it’s just a matter of time before we’ll be able to!

Thanks to all of you that entered the competition, there were thousands of you! Special thanks to the Blu-ray Disc Association for making this competition possible.

The Art of Smart

Orange and Blackberry have come up with an excellent and unique promotional video competition; ‘The Art Of Smart’.

Through a series of videos you have to decide how and when to use your Blackberry to get your date and reach your destination. It’s a little weird but very well put together and showcases what you can do with your Blackberry.

Win an XBOX 360!!

Remember I mentioned that we had some really cool competitions coming up in January? Well here’s the first one!

A little OT background: I recently did some work for a company called Click On Plastics. The company specialises in industrial grade plastics (Like PTFE, PEEK and Nylon products) and they needed some help setting up their online store.

Having set their site up for them they asked me for some promotional ideas. In a rather tongue-in-cheek way I suggested that they give me an XBOX 360 to give away on our site and to my surprise they agreed!!

So in association with clickonplastics.co.uk we are offering you the chance to win a fantastic Xbox 360.

Our usual competition rules apply. Simply send us your name and email address along with the answer to the competition question below using our normal contact page and including XBOX in the subject. One entry per person please, but feel free to get your friends and family to enter too!

A few weeks ago we offered our readers a chance to win a fabulous Sony Ericsson C905 courtesy of our friends at Orange.

We posed the question: How much does the C905 weigh? The answer of course is 136 grams, impressive for a slider phone with an 8 megapixel camera!
