A YouTube application is pre-loaded onto most Smartphones these days. We recently posted the details of a new YouTube client for Windows Mobile and Symbian devices which replaces the pre-installed app.
This new version brings with it some nice new features to make the mobile version of YouTube more like the desktop one. Personally I would say a vast improvement over the standard Windows Mobile offering.
