According to engadget Velocity Mobile's 103 model Windows Mobile Professional handset has just hit the FCC for approval. If you don't remember Velocity Mobile are a British company working in collaboration with Inventec of Taiwan to produce Windows Mobile devices of a high specification. Details and picture after the break.
Hopefully this will be available very soon although no mention of a launch in Europe as of yet
