Qik has been out for sometime now, and has yet to receive a real threat in the industry to rival its video streaming service for the iPhone. However, if this video is to be believed authentic, then we might just have a worthy alternative to Qik.
What you’re seeing in the video is a working demo of the latest product of Ustream.tv which joins the likes of Qik and Flixwagon in the mobile video streaming arena. Based on the video, it looks pretty promising though we won’t hold our breath until we get to try it out in a real world setting. Unfortunately, we have neither an availability date nor further specifications are available to really get us excited about it. Anyway, we’ll keep our eye peeled on this one if and when it does get released to the public.
