Orange data packages get unlimited

Orange are now offering unlimited data on some of their call plans. Previously certain Orange plans included data with a fair use limit of a pathetic 30 MB. Now at least we are seeing much larger fair use limits of 500 MB but why do the networks continue to get away with saying "unlimited" and then having such a low limit on downloads, its just crazy to me, it is either unlimited or it is not.
