  Today Apple has sent invitations to several publications to come to a launch event on January 27th, 2010. The event will take place at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco, 10 AM local time. The graphics in invitation (see above) reminds a bit of "Go Create!" of Sony and indicates that iSlate (Apple's tablet) will have digitizer pen (note: it's a totally different thing than "stylus") after all, what makes a lot of sense, because it would mean that apart from doodling it would be suitable also for students. The only question that remains is: will iSlate be powered by ARM processor and run some version of iPhone OS or maybe it will use x86-compatible processor and will be running Mac OS X? Well, we'll learn soon enough - next week!
