Following the global announcement in the New Year, Samsung has today revealed that the Galaxy Ace Plus, an enhanced and higher-specced version of the Galaxy Ace, will be available in the UK from this Saturday 17th March.
Simon Stanford, Vice President, UK & IRE Telecommunications & Networks Division said: “We’ve had a positive response to the Galaxy Ace Plus since announcing it earlier this year and are looking forward to offering fans of the much loved Galaxy Ace an alternative device. As with all smartphones in our Galaxy range, the Galaxy Ace Plus is stylishly designed and packed full of features making it a great mid-range phone for our customers.”
Thanks to its impressive 1GHz processor, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity and WiFi 802.11 functionality, the Galaxy Ace Plus allows quick and easy web browsing, downloading of content and streaming of videos. Owners of the device benefit from up to 2GB of storage for multimedia content and 1GB of direct storage for applications – more than any mid-range smartphone currently available.
Unless you have been living in a cave you cant fail to have noticed that the New iPad does indeed go on sale today. Those that pre-ordered for delivery should start receiving theirs anytime now while those queuing outside Apple stores world-wide will have a few more hours to wait.

The new iPad is available from £199 on a 24-month agreement for £27 per month including a 2GB UK data allowance with 1GB of BT Openzone included.
Alternatively, a 30 day SIM only plan is available with usage alerts to your iPad for £15.00 per month offering a 2GB UK data allowance with 1GB of BT Openzone included.
